Probably had one of the best manis I’ve had in a while. This time, I made an appointment and have since learned what to ask for (soft gel). You do have to call for an appointment. No on line booking. Had my appointment with Alex. He was so careful with my nails. Only using a drill to knock off the color. I got a manicure which included my hands/fingers covered in lotion and placed in a warm mitt. No drill to clean the cuticles, they were push back and trimmed. Love the aesthetics in this nail bar and the staff are great.

Found me a new salon & I’ll definitely be back . Allison and Laura did phenomenal on my nails . I showed these two a pic I found online & they look exactly like the inspired picture. Don’t walk but run ! Love my nails & their work .

Love the services they offer, great atmosphere, great technicians and love Ms. Kim. The expertise and care she gives is amazing! Worth every penny!

I made a pedicure appointment for today at 6:00pm. I waited in the pedicure chair for 50 minutes. I waited so long the water turned cold. And, still no nail tech. No one updated me about how much longer it would be. I politely placed my socks & Birkenstocks back on and went to the desk and said I’d reschedule for another day. The woman at the checkout desk couldn’t have cared less. So I left. It’s disappointing because I really liked this nail salon.
