Nail Bar

I have been here quite a few times. I had actually switched to a Franklin salon because I’ve been getting builder gel which is a fairly newer service. When I heard that nail bar Dickson offered it I started going back. I had builder gel manicures 2 times previously here, no issues. I came for a builder gel fill as I had been getting it there every 2 weeks. After they took drilled my polish off they started to put acrylic powder on my nails instead of the builder gel. When I said that I wanted builder gel not acrylic they said “we don’t do that”. I replied yes you do I’ve had it done the last two times. The lady then said well acrylic is better , faster and cheaper. “I’ve been doing this for 30 years and I know what’s better, it’s the same” they literally just started doing what they wanted

We were sat down and assisted as soon as we came in the door, welcomed with friendly smiles, the guy that did my daughter’s nails was fast and did a great job!!!!

Lisa was amazing! They were the perfect birthday nails! My fave place to get nails done!

The only thing good I have to say is that the man got the nail shape right. I showed him the picture of what I wanted, however it is not what I left with. He airbrushed the ombre onto my nails but I'm not sure he had enough experience to being doing it. I had polish all over my fingers and when asked if he was going to clean up all the extra polish, he seemed to be very irritated. I tried to communicate with him my concerns but he only responded with attitude and aggravation. I'm very disappointed with my nails and will have to go somewhere else to have them redone.
