Nail Bar Kevin & Mindy’s

I came in here to have prior work soaked off as I just moved here and am too far away from my other salon now to return. I planned to have my nails “breathe” for a week and then come back here as a regular customer. They turned me away saying “We don’t touch other people’s work.” It’s acetone- how much of a liability could that be? Unfortunate, but I’ll find a more accommodating salon. Edit: Lol at their reply. My work WAS gel, they were just too lazy and dismissive to try and understand. No worries, I found a MUCH better salon. Girl please. My review remains the same.

Me and a friend met here today to have some girl time and the experience was wonderful. Alex did my S&S French Dip Nails and a Pedicure. He did a great job. We were both very pleased with our services. We will be going here every 6 weeks. Staff was all friendly. They were right on time with the appointment and it was a bright and clean environment. 😊

Their social media advertises they take walk ins. Came to the salon at 4:30pm, being the only customer and was turned away due to “being only appointments”. Funny I was the only one there and one nail tech was just sitting playing on their phone. No problem. I found another salon that does take walk ins.

This will be the only salon i go to from now on. Hands down the best nail salon Iv been to in statesville.. and I grew up here. Mindy did my Sns with a delicate gel design for each finger , she took her time and made sure they were perfect and that I was happy before moving through each step, I cannot rave enough about this place it was busy yet quiet and peaceful thw salon is absolutely decorated adorable and all the staff was bubbly and happy to answer any questions Also my pedicure was done absolutely perfect as well I think her name was Lena, anyways they're all great I can't wait to go back

Such a gracious and orderly vibe at this nail salon. Everything is clean, smells so nice, calm, and the services and approach to customers reflects it all. Absolutely 100% rating.
