Nail Bar of Spring Texas

If I could give it a 0 I would… been there multiple times but this time was one of the worst… the staff are rude and the lady used the drill on my cuticle MULTIPLE times after I told her to stop because it hurt… she didn’t listen and didn’t give me the color I wanted and told me that they only had a small selection when they have many books of colors… after the last step of my nails the women filed my nails AGAIN and made them all rough and messed up… the majority of the times I’ve been here have been pretty decent but this will be the last time I’m going. My cuticles are red and in pain

I raved about this place until my appt today. I literally asked for nails to be pink except 1 to be white with pink breast cancer awareness ribbon it. 2 women I showed the pic to seemed ok but was a guy who did my nails. Only to inform me that he can’t do it cause my nails are shorter than picture. Mine are actually longer btw. I asked if he could just make ribbon smaller and was told no. Mine you I made an appt and was there on time but family of 5 walked in right as he was starting my nails and he was flustered. My paint job is a joke. He didn’t even cover all my nails. They are lumpy and look awful. The lady who did my feet was amazing as is everyone I e ever had there. He was so not good. This is a place that does intricate nail designs and you can’t even do a ribbon? Super disappointe

This is my first visit here today and Ms. Lena was great!!! She was so kind and attentive. She took her time making sure my pedi and mani was done to my liking. I already told my mom about this place and Ms. Lena. We've found our new nail salon.

This salon never has a wait time, which is good and bad. They’re inconsistent as far as whether or not they do a good job. Sometimes they are great and other times they nick my hand with the electric file, do a poor job shaping my nails and today, the polish had so many thinners in it that several coats still couldn’t produce an even color on my nails. I gave two stars because I’ve had some good experiences here, but I won’t be back after today.

This nail bar is Amazing, Tina the angel sculpted my nails perfect and so professional.. I went back in that day and had a pedicure by Tina the angel and she went above and beyond and she picked my toe nail color which is simply gorgeous the nail color reminded me of a Barbie Doll Pink that made me so happy. My feet felt amazing and so lite…. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Tina the angel.. Sincerely, Josie🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
