This nail salon is hands down my new favorite spot! They recently refreshed the interior and it looks amazing. The floral design is so cute and the lavender chairs are adorable. The whole place feels fresh, fun, and thoughtfully done. They’re also the first salon I’ve been to with a real drink menu (that changes based on season), not just premixed drinks or boxed wine. I got their house special which is a taro/lychee flavor and it was great. It definitely makes the experience feel a little more elevated and fun. Jackie the store manager is super attentive and makes you feel really welcome with her check ins and she remembers you! Ethan did my pedicure and it didn’t seem rushed at all. *****UPDATE****** Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. The service fell below the standard I had come to expect, with work that appeared rushed and lacked attention to detail. I have ultimately decided not to return. I’ve been to Nail Boutique a dozen times since moving to DFW, and it’s become my go-to spot. Booking online is super easy, and when I arrive I’m always greeted and acknowledged. I usually wait about 5–15 minutes to be seated for my appointment, which is totally reasonable. I don’t request a specific nail tech and usually go with whoever is available, it almost always works out. Only once did I have a less-than-perfect outcome, but the tech was so kind and sweet that I couldn’t even be upset. The salon itself is clean, bright, modern, and beautifully kept. Th

I was a costumer here for over a year and in the last few months after bringing a new customer to this location. Not only were they very unsatisfied with their service— nail paint on a gel acrylic set came off within the first few days of getting it done— My experiences following where below satisfactory. To me it seems like they want to get you in the door then once they have your money , they start to care less and less about you individually. I also would say be careful about buying gift cards for anyone here.
