Nail Capital and Spa Florence

I got my nails done here when my usual spot couldn't fit me in. Should have planned better on my part but I was debating if I should even get them done or do them myself at that point as I can do acrylics and designs. I went the lazy route and got them done "professionally". I wish I had done them myself because my nails were popping off right after being poorly slapped on. The guy who did them seemed friendly enough though, but the quality was NOT there. And to the people tipping bad service, QUIT IT! Maybe if you all quit tipping BAD service, they would actually change and do a better job. But you people who tip for a horrible job are worse than the actual bad nail techs at this place! I came here a lot last year and have had generally good experiences. Unfortunately I'm pretty disappointed with the service today. I asked for french tips and got the attached. I initially said they were fine because admittedly im not great with confrontation but after sitting in the car a few minutes I decided to go back in and voice my concern. I showed a picture of a traditional French tip (one of the first on google) and was told that what I got was a french tip and I should have shown the photo as it was an art design and would cost more. I am going to get them redone elsewhere. I probably won't be back here but if someone reading this is planning on going make sure to show a picture of exactly what you want. So nice here and my nails haven’t lifted and haven’t chipped! They are very accommodating and gentle. Normally I just get French but I’ve been getting different things so price depends what you get! I will be coming back every two weeks!

I went in October 24 to get my nails done with my mom and my mom had a super easy design picked out just plain colors with glitter They proceeded to tell her that they couldn’t do that and picked out opposite colors of what she wanted so she didn’t end up getting her nails done because of how they were towards her about it then when I went and got my nails done, I showed her a picture. They came out absolutely nothing like the picture. charge me $80 for something I don’t even like just for my nail to pop off 5 days later.. I truly do not recommend going here!!

I used to come here all the time when they opened and when I lived in nky. Idk what has changed, but it is not even near what it used to be. My nails are really botched. I can’t just come up for fixing because I am at UK. But I will no longer come here. Also it used to cost me $50 plus tip and now it is $70 plus tip, with way worse quality of work and cheap materials. The polish color on my acrylic gel nails isnt fully covering the nails in a lot of areas. The actual nails are so wavy and bumpy. I cannot find a way to get it on picture, but seriously you can see it in person and it is bad. The top coat they used on my nails has ruined the color and it attracts dirt and stays awful.
