Had a great experience with Summer and the person who helped me reschedule an appointment (did not get his name) on the same day. Very clean work and Summer communicated with me to make sure I liked the look of what I asked for as we went through the service. Shout out to her for making this set happen. French is completely hand painted and she shaped my nails perfectly. Highly recommend checking her out. Thank you again Summer :-)

The nail tech was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the price. I paid $70 for a gel manicure and asked for a skinny oval shape (not pointy), but the nails ended up more of a diamond shape. After leaving the salon, I also noticed flooded cuticles, uneven shaping, and lifting starting the same day. For the price, I expected much better workmanship. I won’t be returning.

Customer service is essential to any business, and it may be worth revisiting what it truly means to provide an exceptional experience to every guest, regardless of the time of day. When I entered the salon, I stood at the front for over five minutes before being acknowledged. When I was finally greeted, the interaction did not feel welcoming. I intentionally arrived early about an hour after opening to avoid a rush and allow for a smoother experience. There were no other customers present, so I was surprised by the lack of attention and overall service. Unfortunately, I chose to leave and visit Lush Nail Bar down the street, where I received a much more attentive and pleasant experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as first impressions and consistent service truly mat

My experience with Jack was amazing! Such a sweet guy with great personality! He listens to what you want and is very attentive to details including the shape and application of acrylic, which is important for me. I’m highly impressed and would recommend. If you are in Dunwoody, check them out!

Sandra, did my pedicure on Saturday 2/7/26 . She did a wonderful job. The red polish was neat, and the pedicure was relaxing. Sandra, was kind and very attentive. She offered me something to drink. And she took her time, to make sure that I was pleased with my pedicure. I will definitely be returning to see Sandra. I highly recommend her .
