Nail Center And Spa

The nails are alright but they look nothing like the picture I showed her and the polka dots looks weird and messy and you can tell some nails aren’t put on straight lol

I usually come here and ask for Hannah (who is kind, attentive, and very good 💗) but Hannah was not working this day and I’m quite dissatisfied with my nails…. Not only is the work unclean (there should not be any polish on cuticles…) but the individual was very careless. I had to remind her to put TWO coats, not one coat of polish. I also had to ask several times to file the nail better because it was very noticeable assymetrical. Lastly, for the nail art, I wish they would just tell me that they can’t do a particular design because why is the bow pointy at the sides and bleeds over… in the last image, you’ll see I left with polish on my skin and dead skin was not removed. For the first time, I did not tip because this was VERY POOR WORK. Not sure if I am returning

I had a gel manicure and regular pedi done. Manicure was mediocre, uneven and a bit sloppy. The staff informed me that the polish on my pedicure would take time to dry due to the weather being cold...it was 80 degrees outside. I waited an hour to dry before putting on my slip on shoes only to find the polish on every toe smeared. Also I was quickly shown the menu of prices for each service but they failed to mention that it would be $10 more for the gel. The staff is nice but I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in was super busy, just came in for a fill of powder hurt when she was using the drill going super fast which I get but was hurting didn't get the exact color I wanted wanted a darker color but had cuts on some on my finger and when I was gonna tell her to fix the shape was in a hurry to just finish there were people waiting. My finger finally stopped hurting after 2 days

I love this place! Every time I show them a picture of what nails I want, they execute so nicely. They’re always so nice and attentive.
