I used to come to this salon regularly. I got my nails done a week ago and was disappointed with the results from the start (nail tech was using product that wasn't drying which was frustrating because she couldn't shape my nails). My big toe had to be redone because the first French tip didn’t fully cover the nail—and even the second attempt didn’t either. It was also filed at an angle, which caused it to break three days ago. I’m afraid to trim it because it’s over the flesh and not ready to cut (see image). Most of my fingernails (except for both pinky's and a thumb) have a visible ridge down the middle.
