Nail Charm

I have never been so disrespected in my life! They should be shut down immediately! I never had a racist encounter before or referred to as "you people". I should have left immediately, but tried to be nice, never again.

Do not get your nails here! The First Lady you see in the shop said they are only by appointment but literally had 2 people in the shop. She had no interest in helping me and was very rude . I been here about 3 times and not one time did any of them say it was by appointment that why they are so empty!!!!! Do not get your nails done here. Very unprofessional and rude !!

Best nail shop EVER! Very clean, respectful, friendly staff. Everyone there is amazing. Been going here for years & years! Definitely worth your money! The prices are unbeatable!

This place is overrated and definitely not worth the hype. I was referred to this place from a local. This place requires you to set an appointment for all services, no walk-ins. Also, they require you to pay a deposit fee, which was not mentioned at the time I reserved my appointment. Nail design was very basic. I went here for my birthday and expected to be WOW'D based on the person that referred me description of the services. It has not been even 2 weeks and the nail color on my toes are almost completely off. When I can in staff and manager was rude. Just horrible experience. Will not be returning. Honestly just find a different place.

Excellence!!! Not only are they my preferred nail salon I refuse to go elsewhere. I know people who move from Snellville and still drive here. They do the design work, only use quality nail polish, and truly focus on the health of your nails and nail beds. The sanitation is also great and their English proficiency makes it easier for those like me who are not bilingual.
