Nail Citi

I had a mixed experience today. I’d never been here before. The nails are pretty but: Two of my cuticles were bleeding and stung throughout the process. He said my skin is sensitive… maybe it is but the cuticle process seemed a tad aggressive. I said I wanted my nails exactly as the photo but then he didn’t add the gems and didn’t communicate that to me. He kept saying how much work the nails were and kept telling me to leave a google review. It made me feel guilty for coming in with the design in the first place and I felt pressured and rushed to write a review. The nails are really pretty, smooth, and good quality but some things were missed and it wasn’t the most amazing customer service. Tony seems to be great at nail designs and is skilled. This was the first time that I ever came here, and I can confidently say I’ll be back. Tony did my nails and they came out amazing. He was quick and checked in throughout the whole process. It was on the pricier end, but it was totally worth it when one of them broke off three days later and he fixed it free of charge.

Last minute appointment and they were able to get me in. Fast service but careful to make sure I was happy. Update: Tony does it again. I gave him free rein and ended up with these magical nails to replace my Halloween ones.

TONY TONY TONY!!! everyone knows Ken does amazing work , but let me tell you about Tony! He is SO sweet and very respectful. He stoped after every adjustment on my nails to make sure I truly loved them. He took the time to make sure ever detail was right , was willing to change shape, color, design, etc. if I didn't like it. He truly wanted me to love my nails. He gave a fair, and honestly even great price. I'm a mom who doesn't get a lot of self care time and he made me feel welcomed, comfortable , and definitely made an impression. He even had really great suggestions when I wasnt sure. I absolutely will be going back to him and I fully recommend booking with him!

Wasted 50 bucks on this. The guy that did them seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. Was he licensed? Didn’t seem like it! Didn’t even go down to the cuticle and today my thumb nail broke off. I just got them done yesterday. Would not recommend!!
