Nail City

Love Nail City! My friend and I have been coming regularly for about a year and we always have a great experience! Everyone who works there is super friendly and they always do a good job. Very comfortable environment and super reasonable prices. :)

I LOVE coming to nail city. This is my favorite salon in town! Lisa is ABSOLUTELY fantastic! She always does amazing nails and makes me feel confident and beautiful!! Besides manicures and pedicures, Lisa is also a master at facials and has made my skin extremely smooth just after 2 sessions. I recommend everyone I know to this nail salon!

I spent over 2 hours at Nail City for a gel polish change on my toes and a Gel-X exchange, and the experience was beyond frustrating. I showed a very clear reference photo of the exact nails and color I wanted and explicitly said, “Copy this.” What I walked out with looks nothing like the photo. The length is wrong, the shape is wrong, and the overall result is sloppy. On top of that, I had three different techs work on me while my main tech repeatedly got up to answer phones, help other employees, and check out other customers. There was zero focus, zero continuity, and it showed in the final result. They knocked $10 off, but it was still $85 for nails I actively dislike. Offering lotion as an “I’m sorry” didn’t help either. Never again. I’d much rather go somewhere with one dedicated

I've been a client for a couple years now, I've tried a few other nearby salons but I always come back to Nail City. The location is convenient to where I live, parking is not an issue, price is fair, my nails last a long time, the facility is clean and I feel taken care of. I speak up when I want something different and show pictures if I have something specific in mind. What I appreciate most is when the nail techs take their time and give attention to detail. This last visit, Thai took good care of me with French tip sns and gel ontop. She is SO sweet and friendly every time I see her. I came in with sns and gel and a different nail shape, so the whole process took about two hours. I enjoy my "me-time" and appreciate not getting rushed out for the next client. 5/12/23 UPDATE Since my last review, all I got was a acrylic set with tips and it was $91!! 😱😱 Keep in mind this is no design, nothing out of the ordinary, absolutely nothing special just regular acrylic nails! I am removing the other pictures and only leaving up the pictures of the acrylic nails that I received, my interpretation is that they charge customers based on what they are wearing…. jewelry and purses because when I went in there without my jewelry or my regular handbag I was charged $55 for a set but when I had my Cartier bracelet and Hermès bracelets and nice purse, I always got charged $80 and above! The technician Kenny is extremely talented but the nail salon is a scamming place! Just because someone can afford it doesn’t mean you should charge them more for the same servi
