Nail Club

My nails never had fungus. I have fungus growing in all of my finger nails. You guys have got to sanitize your tool every single service- feet to nails, and nails to feet. I have not went to any technician but this salon and I was fairly new. All of my nails have fungus growing underneath them and are disconnecting from the skin. SANITIZE after every service, even if the tools are being used on the same client- you have to sanitize.

I visited the Nail Club based on a recommendation from a co-worker and had a positive experience with my technician, who did a great job. I was initially surprised by the method she used to remove my previous gel polish, but it was effective. The color selection, however, is somewhat limited and could benefit from an update. The pricing was reasonable and affordable, though I only received a gel manicure. I’d definitely return to see the same technician. As for pedicures, I'm hesitant due to some of the reviews, but I’ll provide an update if I decide to try one.

Whatever you do, AVOID this salon. I went for a simple manicure and wanted ordinary polish. The gal doing my nails - who barely spoke English - insisted on putting something on my nails that was "better than polish." I tried arguing but since she didn't speak English, I gave up. Two weeks later, I tried to remove what she had painted on me and I couldn't get it off so....I went back to the salon and was informed that it was "gel" and needed a special liquid to remove it. I had no choice but to agree and they charged me $10 for doing it!!! I was speechless. The story doesn't end there....whatever that original woman put on my nails, it caused them to chip and peel and become VERY WEAK. I'll never go back to this place ever again. I don't even know the lady's name but she was so rude and I really didn't like the tone of her voice when she was talking to me. Some of these nail shops treat you so mean when you're the one spending your money at their establishment. Doesn't make any sense. How are you going to be mean to someone you just met and don't even know.

My mother had fogotten her hat in that salon. We know she left it there as she had it when she came in but left without it just before closure time. It was an expensive hat from Europe. It hurt to have lost it. We came back the following morning to ask for it. The technician who did her nails did not care at all. Dismissively saying there was no hat and did not see anything, saying with a smile it probably fell outside.. Except-that we know it was the last place we have been to before going out and we know she did not have it when we were outside. I find her behavior, attitude and what she said, not professional at all and even suspicious.
