I’ve been going to MiMi for yearsssss! Followed her from a different nail salon. Love MiMi 💜. 4stars for the price but I keep going back because my nails are always shaped perfectly and they stay put!
I went for a gel manicure, she tried to pretend like I asked for full set then got an attitude when I said gel manicure. The work was sloppy like my little girl painted my nails, it was $35. I came back the next day to have them remove the gel polish and I was told the nails were fine and pay $10 for a removal.
Good pedicures. I had an appointment with MIMI for 10:30, I arrived at 10:16. MiMi was occupied doing someone else’s nails but I made an appointment for 10:30 and was not seen until 10:56. My pedicure was nice however, they had to keep stopping while doing my nails because a customer before me left without paying. Do NOT GET OMBRÉ done by MIMI! MIMI does good shape but TERRIBLE OMBRÉ DOES NOT BLEND and she is rude! I gave a picture to reference. The first picture was black grey and white ombré, After realizing that she could not do the color, (she was practicing the color on three loose nails before trying the color on my nails)I showed her an easier color, just grey and white ombré. I then expressed how I did not think my nails were coming out the way they should have several times and al
I said I only wanted my toes done and the gel removed from my nails bc I was going to put on press on. The ladies talked and talked about me repeatedly and kept asking me to get my nails done. I kept declining until finally fed up I said I Know what I want and what I want to spend. I don’t like the pushy tactics and even with my gel and file she talked and didn’t pay attention, I had to take the file when she was finish and take a slant off of My nail. At one point she was raking the file back and forth like a saw. No one wants to be discussed and talked about little in a different language repeatedly bc of the service we’re Willing to get. Won’t be back. And my toe nail two Days later has broke on the side. The pedicure wasn’t a lotion and massage to my legs but some oil rubbed on them
I have been coming to this location for years. And kim is amazing but the owner is very rude. Because my nail tech Kim is not in today she indicated to me that no one else could do my names because the are scared. I ASKED FOR CLARITY WHAT DO YOU MEAN SCARED. SHE INDICATED THEY ARE SCARED THE MAY MESS UP..BECAUSE MY NORMAL TECHNICIAN KNOWS HOW I LIKE THEM.WHAT IN SAM HELL IS GOING ON HERE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED. THE OWNER REFUSED TO LET ANYONE ELSE DO THEM. AND WALKED AWAY. If you don't have confidence in your staff then maybe you need so.e new technician. Very disappointing. ALSO WATCH YOUR PRICES. I WATCHED AN OLDER LADY ASK HOW MUCH WAS THE EYEBROW ARCH THE SIGN STATES 8.00 BUT BECAUSE SHE WAS USING HER CARD IT WOULD BE 9.00 I PAID FOR HER. JUST NOT GOOD BUSINESS.
