As a long time customer, I consistently have good service for pedicures, the man who does them is so nice and he listens to what you want. As for manicures, it's very unfortunate to have to find a different salon because the owner manager Mimi's attitude has declined to the point of rudeness and it's unfortunate she thinks it's ok to behave that way to people who spend their money in your business. No matter the amount spent, or the tip you think you deserve, customers deserve better. There is never a reason to put cash down on the counter for a customer to pick up when you could put it in their hand. Today was the last time I put up with her being rude.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 7+ years now and they never disappoint. Everyone is excellent here at nail concepts but Andy is my nail tech. I’ve sent several of my friends and colleagues to Andy as well and they have become regular patrons. Any time my family is in town they will get their services done by Kim. I highly suggest this nail salon.

I went to this salon yesterday because I broke a nail at the beach, and they were the only place open on Sunday past five with good reviews. I didn’t know what to expect because the reviews were mixed, but this place was AMAZING. My nails were done by Andy, but everyone in the store was pleasant and they were interacting with their clients. Andy did such a good job! He didn’t judge me when I told him I do my own nails and he answered any questions I had and even encouraged me to keep practicing and studying! He was super attentive to details that are normally missed like shaping them properly and making sure around my cuticle was smooth and rounded. They don’t do acrylic, but their dip application is flawless, and they feel just as strong. He even added cuticle oil which my poor babies wer
