This was my first time and the atmosphere and the experience was incredible. Lucky did my feet and it was great.. I feel amazing.

I went there on an emergency basis, my daughter was graduating that day. I asked for my nails to be fixed and repaired and this is how I walked away. I asked for another repair to repair, the repair, I was denied. This shop is short tempered. The owner and his wife are the typical ‘take OUR money but don’t really like US’. Extremely aggressive when asked to do my nails over again because I was walking out of the shop worse than I had entered. Still denied and told me I’d have to pay an extra $65 to remove and do an additional full set. We have a few businesses here in Rochester that will take ‘colored’ money from ‘US’ but do not want ‘US’ at their establishment. I have been going here for years .. wonderful service and excellent work. The ambience is great and beautiful and modern. I usually get my nails and pedi every two weeks

Andy (1st nail tech upon entering) rudely told me to go somewhere else after offering him a suggestion to stop my air bubble. He labeled it a “complaint”. I came biweekly and tipped EVERY time $5 or better. His dismissiveness to me being a faithful dollar of his & telling me to go elsewhere is a prime example of another culture not accepting the BLACK dollar which is the majority of their clientele. So I’m taking his advice and going elsewhere and would advise all who want their dollar respected, to do the same. Don’t wait until it’s your turn for the disrespect.
