10/10 amazing customer service, reasonable price and not to mention, the vibe is top tier. The BEST nail salon I’ve been to in Baltimore. I LOVE my nails, they do NOT disappoint!

I love this salon, it is the best! They can make my nails look exactly like the picture I show them every time. I have never been disappointed. I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are definitely the best I have ever been to. They are friendly and they do a beautiful job everytime. I ❤️ this place.

Ahhhh they did it again, I’m so happy every time I go here and get my nails done. I won’t go anywhere else because they can’t do what Nail Envy does. Everything is perfect every single time

I will not return to that place, only 3 employees, so one person was serving two customers at the same time, I waited two hours, then they ridiculed me in front of other people because I understood thin and not thick, which was how I wanted my nails. Because they were in a hurry, they made them too short for the design I wanted. I took a picture and still couldn't do what I wanted. I left feeling really bad and they didn't do what I wanted. They were very mocking. For me to go to an activity on Mother's Day, I couldn't have more than simple nails as if they were free, it was very humiliating, and even so, the woman was more interested in the money than doing my nails.

LOVE LOVE getting my manicure and nails done by NANA. She has a heart of gold and performs all services. She is the owner and has 20 years experience. Her husband Quinn is just as good. They are professional and a joy to be around. Michael gives great pedicures and has a wonderful personality. They all speak fluent English. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
