Had a great experience at the shop on a Sunday afternoon. Came in for a pedicure which turned out out pretty good. The ladies are thorough and tend to every detail. End result was great 🙌 Diamond Spa Pedicure Was the winner today for both me and my momma. It included a mini massage 🙌

genuinely one of the worst if not the worst nail salon. Came to get my acrylics off with my daughter and was left with broken uneven filed nails. My daughter asked for a cut down and they cut them right into her skin which left her with bleeding and chipped nails. Wish I could give a 0 because that’s what they deserve. I was left with the acrylic not taken off properly and my nails were so brittle afterwards.

I’ve been coming to Nail Expertise for a few years now and I’ve had the best experiences everytime I come. They always do a great job on my pedis and manis. They are professional and always get me in and out quickly! Quality nail salon with very reasonable prices. Lena is the best!

On September 4th, 2025 I made the choice to get a manicure and pedicure done at Nails Expertise. I was instantly greeted and informed to come toward the back while my water for my pedicure was prepared. When I sat down I selected the $29.00 option and informed the individual doing my pedi that I’d like French tip which would be an additional $5. No problem. I also decided to get a full set which costs $45.00 - TOTAL $79. As I sat back to relax, I inquired about whether or not wine was served while receiving a pedicure. What I did not expect was the humiliation and shame I would feel the moment the manager responded to my inquiry. If I could give zero stars, I would—this place does not deserve any at all. Before arriving, I called to ask if they could do a full new set since it was about an hour and 20 minutes before closing. The manager said yes. I showed her a specific design I wanted, but she refused to do certain details, saying they “wouldn’t look good.” The worst part was the base and shape of the nails. She did not properly mold the acrylic, did not smooth or even them out, and made no effort to sharpen or match the shape of each nail. I brought this up during the service, but she insisted they were “fine.” I asked for a square shape and left with thick, uneven, duck-shaped nails that did not suit my fingers at all.
