This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. This was my first pedicure, and unfortunately it completely reinforced why I had avoided them for so long. I came in simply wanting to relax and enjoy the experience, trusting the staff as professionals. Instead, I was rushed from the moment I sat down. I wasn’t given any chance to ask about prices or what services were included. The technician barely spoke, grabbed my legs without warning, and showed no care or professionalism. My cuticles were aggressively cut even though they are minimal, and I was actually hurt in the process. There was no apology and no effort to be gentle afterward. I was never asked what nail shape I wanted, and when I did explain my preference, it was completely ignored. Then I was rushed out of the seat

I have tried so many different shops, and this is by far, the best!!! I like short nails, they stay on for over three weeks, and the designs, are endless!!!!! Been a costumer for years, no matter how far the drive!!!

I used to come to this location when I lived on the southside, but I had moved to the north side so I stopped coming here and started trying to find a nail salon on my side of town. Let me tell you something I was not successful at all I spent thousands of dollars I’ll tell you what I’ll take that trip to the Southside every time to come here because of these people are amazing. They are phenomenal. Mary is the bomb.

Horrible experience. I’ve been coming here for years and on 9/15 the tall, skinny lady who always wears her hair up in a top bun did my gel mani this past time. She was aggressive and rushed through it. I asked for silver chrome and showed her a step by step video of how to do it. She said she could and this is what I got. The girl behind me getting her nails done asked for the same thing and was told they didn’t have the stuff to do it. So basically the lady doing my nails lied to me. It was such a sloppy job. The glittery powder was all over my hands and the thick layer of black nail polish underneath was showing. When I showed her that it wasn’t coming off she told me to shower. The audacity.
