Nail Expo

My daughter received a set of nails, she had deep cuts on 5 fingers from filing them. The paint on them nubbed when she took a shower the next day, when we went back the lady that did them said she didn't but ended up she was the one. She proceeded to fix her nails with no regard to what my daughter was trying to tell her. I bought my own gel for refills and will do her nails from on .

I love this place. Lovely customer service. Shanty is great. They please you in what you want and need. They are very soft and gentle with your nails. The girls at pedicure are fabulous. I would definitely recommend this place do get your nails done, eyelashes and wax. Anne puts eyelashes very good. Li does an awesome job at eyebrows wax. They accept walk-ins but it can get busy somedays. I prefer calling for an appointment a head of time.

Grew my eyebrows out for a couple weeks to get them reshaped and they waxed my eyebrows almost completely off. Super thin and uneven. One is longer than the other also.

TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Ann is the owner and is typically very nice. Today I went and she wasn’t there yet & it by far the WORST experience I ever had. One of her technicians was very nasty, made a scene in front of customers, we cursed each other out, she had this very entitled attitude like she knew she could talk and treat PAYING CUSTOMERS anyway she wants because she knew there would be no consequences for her. Having people like that working for you is how your business gets ran to the ground. I spoke to Ann about the situation expecting her to make it right as the OWNER and Ann did nothing at all. I would love to give a better rating because everyone was very kind, however I do have a few problems 😅 I went for an ANC/dipping powder manicure with a pedicure as well. To start, they used the dremmel tool to remove most of my previous manicure instead of starting with the acetone wrap. Then they put me in the acetone wrap and left me in the wrap throughout the duration of my pedicure, which was 30ish mins at least. I felt that was too long to have my nails soaking in acetone. The pedicure was appreciated but they were kind of rough and cut what I felt was a bit too much off the sides of my toenails (they're a little sore now) and I also got a small cut down on one toe. When trimming the sides, they cut halfway down and then tugged it off quite painfully which was not appreciated when
