Today was my first visit at the salon and I am pleased with the services that was given. The nail tech Jae was friendly and very detailed oriented. She fulfilled my request and them some. The salon was very clean especially the restroom. I would definitely continue to do my nails there in the future. I am letting family and friends know I found a new place to call home.

Great place very welcoming to all. Love my nails so unique and beautiful. I come once a month and my nails still look great. I also get my feet done also. Maria dies my feet and Camila my nails. Highly recommended.

Amazing! It was my first time. My wife booked an appointment and the rest is history. Great atmosphere, but most important, stellar work. I got a manicure for my rough hands and they came out brand new. I also got a pedicure while on a massaging chair and a foot massage. I thank the establishment for an amazing experience and Maria for executing it perfectly.

It took me a while to find a great quality nail salon with APPOINTMENT service only which is fantastic for me!! The services that Carolina provided (gel manicure and acrylic nails) and Maria (gel pedicure) exceeded my expectations. Not only did they work with passion and attention to details, they made sure that i was comfortable and listened to my needs. This is a quality nail salon - not a “nail salon sweat shop” like many of the nail salons that i have encountered in the Bronx. Ladies, make sure to visit Nail Factory Express.
