The Nail Factory is consistently consistent. Amber and her team are masters at their craft. They are up on the latest trend and have yet to disappoint! I often show up with pictures of a new “art” I’d like to try. Not only do their nail the artwork, they’ve even mixed and matched colored to get the “art” just so. You can tell they take pride in what they do and it’s just one of the many reasons I come back. Amber and her team are on time with appointments, take their time once you’re in their seat and never try to upsell or push any other services. Amber strives to make sure you feel welcomed greeting you by name, offering drinks and even crafting beautiful cappuccinos. That’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back. I have been going to the nail factory for almost 7 years, and I can’t and won’t go anywhere else. Even after moving out of the area last year, I now drive an hour to see them.. as their service, products, technical abilities and skill are simply unmatched. This is not your basic nail salon - it’s a total experience from start to finish. They truly are artists, only using the best products, my nails have never been healthier or looked better! Not only that, but they treat each client with the utmost care, and nothing is rushed. I can’t say enough good things I will be a client for life.

Nail Factory is hands down the best place to go in Westport for nails! Louise is an absolute artist! Everyone who works there is friendly and helps you relax during a busy week. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done.
