Nail Flower

Okay so I have to say that the interior is nice and calm and seems like a very nice place. I got a gel pedicure and an acrylic gel manicure. For the pedicure, it was mostly great, the polish and everything looks nice but I guess the person my toes dug too deep in the sides and I have a painful cut on the side of my toe that really hurts. Then for the nails, at first glance the nails don’t look to bad but once you look closer, some polish is chipping, there’s one nail that I can see through because the polish isn’t on in that spot, I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted and I payed a lot more than my friend who got pretty much the same nails but a different shape and a little shorter. Honestly I’m just a little disappointed but it’s whatever, I don’t think I’ll be back here.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was HORRIBLE. From the moment the employee came to do my nails she had a passive aggressive attitude. My cuticles were cut so much that both my big toes were bleeding and I have to tell her to stop even after she saw the blood. The French tip doesn’t look even and when I told someone about me being cut I got a band aid and a low mumbled “sorry”. Don’t even waste your time coming here it’s not worth it!

I am giving it 3 stars because there were a few things that weren't amazing. I called and got a same day appointment which was great because I knew it was last minute. I only waited 20 min for my pedicure to start, which again I thought was ok. Pedicure was your standard pedicure but when I asked for a small callus to be taken care she said it was an extra $5 for that. The callus was super small on the side of my foot but I thought ok thats fine forget it I will live with it. The manicure: they don't let your hands soak in water. I didn't see them do this to anyone. When I asked the tech said she said because of COVID they are doing it less and I should have asked her. Which I guess is good to know. But still I mean isn't that a basic manicure? Then I also had to ask her to cut my cuticl

Love getting my color gel mani and pedi here! This is my latest color gel that was done 2 weeks ago. They're friendly and prices are fair as well.

Super clean and spacious, not overcrowded or cramped like most nail salons in this area. Jane and staff are always so friendly. My pedicures usually last over a month. I absolutely enjoy the shea pedicure every time I go!
