Made an appointment for a gel fill and was seated quickly with a male technician. I asked if they had a specific sheer pink/beige OPI color by name. In lieu of a verbal response, I was tossed the basket of samples. A simple, "I'm not sure," would have been fine. I was mindlessly scrolling through my phone while he was doing my nails, not really paying attention. The gel started to burn when two girls walked in asking for manicures, like he was adding thicker layers to move more quickly (they did not have enough staff to take both walk-ins at the same time). When using the rotary tool, he was hitting so much skin, it felt like all of the skin on my finger tips was being filed and was on fire. I had gotten acrylics done elsewhere and had a bad skin reaction to them. I have horrible eczema on my hands and my nails had become bumpy and ugly. When I went to Nail Forum I needed the acrylic to be removed and I asked for a gel manicure with ny natural nails and let them know about my sensitive skin. Unlike other salons I've been to that try to talk me into nails I didn't ask for, Nail Forum did absolutely everything I asked with such care even though it was difficult because of my skin. And they went above and beyond to save my natural nails under the acrylic! I'm so happy I chose this nail salon! The photo doesn't do them justice, but it was seriously a transformation! I'll be going again in a couple of weeks to get my natural nails touched up and I highly recommend them to others!
