I got a Gel X fill-in with Vinh and the service was amazing. Vinh was super patient, friendly, and really paid attention to detail. My nails came out exactly how I wanted: clean, smooth, and beautiful. The whole appointment felt comfortable and relaxed, and you can tell he really cares about his work. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Vinh if you’re looking for great nails and great service!
All I can say is Wow!!! Today I scheduled a last minute appointment at Nail Garden Sherman Oaks due to not being able to get my nails soaked off as I had planned at another location. My appointment at the other place essentially had to be cancelled but I’m glad because I got to meet Vinh today. Not only did he soak of my previous nails (don’t judge I had been trying to get them off) he made great recommendations based on my nail length and desire to have a more natural looking nail. I am soooooo happy with this new look. Nail builder and cat eye nail color for the win!!!! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this Nail Garden at Sherman Oaks and Vinh!!!! He is the best!
I had a nail appointment at 12pm and came a little early just to have time to pick out my nail color. It was a Saturday but I did have a set appointment. I walk in and it’s already really busy which is a bad sign. I had to let the front desk know I had an appointment with Lisa without them even greeting me or asking how they can help me. They let me know it would be a few minutes and that she was finishing up on someone else. 15 minutes (or so pass) and I ask how much longer and the front desk person goes over to Lisa and she said 5 more minutes, but I was not 5 minutes, because she was doing the hand lotion part which is right before you do the polish part. I get some hot tea (which that is the only perk, let’s be honest) and I go up in a few more minutes and tell them I’m leaving and did
I absolutely love this salon thanks to Vinh and Stacy! When I first met them back in May after moving to the neighborhood, I honestly thought they were the owners because of how much heart and care they put into this place. I quickly became a regular, and for good reason. They make every single customer feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. The positive energy and warmth they bring is so refreshing—it feels less like going to an appointment and more like visiting friends. Even my boyfriend, who had never had a pedicure before and was super nervous, felt instantly comfortable and at home because of them (which meant the world to me). The salon itself is spotless, the products they use are top-tier, and the prices are very reasonable. On top of that, Vinh and Stacy are so kno
I came in today to remove my prior gel manicure and do a simple clean/clear coat. There were a couple of times where my nails hurt when the gel was removed. The main part that bothered me was that the instrument used to remove the cuticle was not from a new clean bag. It was already opened (not sure if already used) and then the nail technician sprayed it with some sort of spray (hoping it was at least some type of disinfectant). There was the same instrument sealed in a bag right next to it. I don't know why that wasn't used. A couple of my cuticles are bleeding and I honestly just got grossed out at the idea that my nails are getting cut up by something I am not 100% sure is sanitized. I paid for a simple clear coat but had to leave after my cuticles were removed. I did like how close
