Nail Garden Studio City

this is what I got for $$$ I came in for a manicure and asked for a French design, but the nail tech simply couldn’t do it. I had to cancel the design altogether because it was clear it wasn’t going to turn out well. They ended up doing a solid color, but even that was poorly done. The application is uneven, there are bubbles, and some areas are way too thick. There’s acrylic left on the pads of my fingers, which is just lazy. The worst part? The shape is all over the place. Every nail is a different length, a different shape, and most of them are crooked. It honestly looks like each nail was done by a different person — with their eyes closed. Very disappointed. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. Not going back, and definitely don’t recommend.

Always has availability even if it's last minute. Staff is always very friendly. Very clean and sanitary. Plenty of parking. If you tip it has to be cash so bring cash. Gotten very pricey though. Had my nails done recently and got cat eye with red. Looked amazing. Denise did a great job.

This review is not about nail quality across the board. Julie, my longtime nail tech, consistently provided excellent service and professionalism and was the primary reason I remained a client for so long. Talisha at the front desk was also consistently kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was deeply upsetting. Another technician grabbed my personal belongings without asking and refused to let go, despite multiple requests. Had an unpleasant experience. Booked a Russian pedicure but when I came in they gave me a standard pedicure without asking me. When I sat down I was told that water was better, I didn’t realize they were doing something completely different until it was over. I wanted to do an almond shaped acrylic set with an ombré gel polish on my hands . My first indication that it wasn’t going to go well was when the nail tech asked if it had to be ombré. I felt very rushed and pressured by both nail techs. A fly kept landing on my leg or face or the nail techs. I opted out of the gel polish and decided for times sake to just use the regular polish. I’ve been coming to Nail Garden in Studio City for the past few months. I’ve been getting Gel X each time with gel polish. I’ve had the best service with Tu. He is efficient and actively works with me to get what I want. He is easy to talk to and always delivers quality results! My nails easily last a month without chipping or breaking. I’ve had a great experience here and prefer to see only Tu for my nails now
