Wendy and May are incredibly sweet and talented! Wendy did my nails (marble style with 3D art), and they look just like the picture I showed her. I felt so comfortable the entire visit, and will 100% be coming back.

They were extremely rude. It was my fault for missing my appointment, but I usually receive a courtesy text and did not receive any. However, when they called and asked for my ETA just 1 minute before the 15-minute courtesy window, they quickly hung up without attempting to reschedule, even after I explained that I live an hour away. Their behavior was very unprofessional and they did not make an effort to accommodate the customer.

Extremely rude employees. I usually don't get my nails done due to my occupation, but thought give it a try. I didn't have a design in mind, and they started looking at me weird. Also this is a very tiny studio so you can see what's going on everywhere, and the girl who was doing my nails started whispering to her boss about me right in front of me. The designs were cute, but the nails also fell off after two weeks. I won't go back because I felt like I was paying to receive bad attitude.

Very very over priced. If you don't pay with cash, they will charge you a card fee. There are tones of better place with cheaper price. They charged me so ridiculously overprice so I was thinking not giving a tip. The lady asked me for tip when I was about to leave. overpriced and ask for tip. Tip is voluntary, not mandatory, Ladies. Very rude business.
