I walked into this salon today ready to receive services and was completely ignored. Although I was greeted, no one asked what service I wanted or attempted to help me. I sat waiting. A white customer walked in shortly after, and the staff immediately attended to her, asked what she wanted, and escorted her to the back. The contrast in treatment was unmistakable. After sitting there feeling dismissed, someone finally asked if I needed something — far too late. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. This experience felt discriminatory, and I will not be returning.

I went in for a regular pedicure ($30) and had such a great experience. The technician really took her time and gave an amazing massage that made the visit extra relaxing. My nails looked clean and polished, and I never felt rushed. Definitely worth it—I’ll be coming back!

At first I was apprehensive and embarrassed because of the toenail trauma and dark nails, to go and sit in a crowded place for a pedicure. The nail tech made me feel comfortable and helped to keep my mind off of the embarrassment. She was always asking if I was ok and if I was comfortable. This is the first time in a long long time since the accident that I sat in a pedicure chair. I was very pleased. Also got a manicure that was great! I didn’t think anyone could find cuticles that were not seen to the naked eye. 😂

I am extremely picky when it comes to nail salons, but this place is the best spot I have been to. This salon is very clean and sanitary. I live about 17 minutes away so it is worth the drive and money for the quality and service. My friend took me here two years ago and I tried to go to other salons closer to my area, but they all fail. Nail House 7 is where it's at. I have gotten powder and gel manicure multiple times. I work at an urban farm, so I work with my hands with soil and heavy lifting. I have not damaged a nail! Take my word for it if you're a gel girly like me. I took my best friend with me to get pedicures and she was even amazed by the service we received.
