Nail Idol

Super disappointed in the nail job I got. Not only did everything feel just so rushed, my nails are now cracking, and it’s only been a week. I’ve never had this issue before. This place just doesn’t seem to give the same quality work as they once did. Update*** they refused to give a refund on this. All my nails are destroyed and I’m out of the country on vacation. I absolutely don’t recommend going to them. They just don’t care about the customer anymore. This place has gone completely downhill. *Note- I refused to come back to fix it because I was gone for 2wks. I had to get this fixed at another place out of state. So simply refunding me is all I wanted. This place is absolutely horrible and so is the customer service.

I’ve been here many times in the past but hadn’t been in years. I’ve always experienced good customer service so I’m not sure what has happened over the years. I came here for 2 pedicures on Thursday afternoon. Not only were the pedicures mediocre and lazy I tipped out of good faith that it was just an off day. I have checked my bank account to see an additional $20 that I never authorized as a tip. This is fraud and I’ll be sure to let everyone know not come here. Reporting this with my bank as well

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Alyna was incredibly meticulous, patient, and detail-oriented — you can tell she truly cares about her craft. Every step felt intentional, not rushed, and the results speak for themselves. My calluses are completely gone, and the foot + leg massage with the fruit and aloe treatment was next level — deeply relaxing and honestly out of this world. I walked out feeling refreshed, restored, and lighter on my feet. If you’re looking for a premium experience that actually delivers, ask for Alyna. I had some time to kill and googled 4 star and up mail shops. This was the one that could get me in right then and there. I had a dip with manicure and a pedicure. I asked the gentleman to not focus so much on a massage and Tina immediately responded, “ you pay good money for your services and we have very good quality treatments. Enjoy yourself and relax.” She was not lying. The aloe Vera massage felt so refreshing and the collagen foot/hand mask felt amazing. I felt the prices were very reasonable and definitely recommend for anyone to try it. They are very well staffed. Which that to me during some concerns with pandemic and people not working. I called to make sure there was a spot for 2 dipped mani's and a pedi for my 2 daughter and myself. The lady on the phone was like yeah, of course come on in and we live 10 mins away. We walked in were greated nicely by a lady running from station to station filing 1 persons nails before getting up to go dip someone elses nails which seemed odd to not get 1 nail tech for the 1 service, but fine, my teen daughter were confused by the appt, seeing as how it was not personalized at all. So 1 daughter had her nails started while the other sat there bored out of her mind and my jelly pedi got started around then.
