NAIL KINGDOM

Visited this place on vacation. Beautiful atmosphere and the front desk worker was as nice and greeting. My issue was my app was set for 2:30 and they didn’t get me started until after 3. The worker who did my nails seemed fairly new so I was patient. I told her a few times hey that nail looks crooked and she would do a quick file but they still aren’t strait. One has a cut on top and they charged me $70! I was there almost 3 hours. She also had to ask for help twice to correct the paint on the accent nails. I don’t hate them but the workers seems to need more training.

John helped fix a terrible manicure id recently got at another salon in town. He did an amazing job and took care not to damage my nail bed. Very happy with the results!

IVY is my favorite! This is my third appointment with her. She has the most gentle hands and she is so sweet! Showed her the first picture as my preference on my last visit and she nailed it perfectly! What a talented woman! 🤩

I needed to get in before a trip and they were closing in 45 minutes. Not only did they say come in, they asked if it would be ok if they had multiple services taking place at the same time. I really appreciated the expectation being communicated up front. I also asked to reproduce what was in a picture I found online and they did it. It consisted of 3 different shades of pink and they did not bat an eye or try to talk me out of it. I thought it was 2 colors and then they pointed out it was 3. I appreciated the detail! I was in and out for a gel polish pedicure, dip, reshape, and design nails in 1 hour 15 minutes. I did not feel rushed and one of the most beautiful jobs I have received. I will be back!

I always get dip on my bare nails. I loved my experience and the people are so sweet. But when I got home I realized the top coat didn't fully cover my nail because she didn't get enough on the brush and it's only been a week since I get them done and I'm never rough off on them and they are already peeling up off my nail. It may have been my fault because I booked last minute and probably got someone who wasn't very good. Update: I have been in 3 times now trying to give them another chance to do better and it keeps getting worse. Last time the girl was in such a rush that she took my nails out of the light before for they were done, sprayed th with alcohol and send me on my way. When I got in the car I realized there were water droplet spots on the gel from when she sprayed and wiped it
