Nail La Belle

Ben did such a great job with my nails!! I had a great experience, good atmosphere, and staff were friendly. Would recommend! Will definitely be coming back for future sets! Price was friendly-ish.

The worst experience. Each one of my nails ended up a different length and were chunky, and never cleaned up. Also cut me with the nail file. Split my finger open. Charged me $70 for this!

The nail technician did a great job, and I’m happy with how my nails look. However, the checkout process was incredibly sketchy and unprofessional. I presented a gift card, and it took them 10 minutes and multiple staff members to process it, only to tell me the balance was zero. To make matters worse, they kept my gift card and didn't return it to me while I was clearly exhausted after a long work shift. The lack of transparency and weird handling of my property ruined an otherwise good service. I won't be returning.

I have had very positive experiences personally (with 1 exception) but.... my 85 year old mom, who has been in a wheelchair and now walker after breast cancer and a hip replacement has had 1 positive experience (young man) and 3 negative ones - including today. I find it common for the person working with her to not make eye contact, not talk and ask ME any questions - ignoring her. I get it - ppl older may have cognitive impairment issues but she has none. She loves interacting and is a fan of everyone who simply makes eye contact and says hello. It feels incredibly disrespectful to assume I should be asked questions as my mom is holding onto her independence feverently. When she gets out it is such an experience for her. Never ever again. Wish I never went. The filed my nail down so much that it started bleeding and they still didn’t stop as I was passing out. The nails finally fell off and now I’m left with a literal hole in my nail.
