Nail Lab

This is now my second time trying this place out & I won’t be returning. The customer service here sucks. I walked in for a fill-In & cut down. I was told to pick a color, which I did. I sat there for about 30mins as I watched others be service before me. I finally get called and I have selected two colors, & wanted two designs on my nails. The nail tech then tells me they don’t have the color I wanted. So I settled for a different color. The nail tech applied the polish uneven, & the nails weren’t shaped properly. I asked for this to be corrected. When it was time for the designs, she did something completely different than what I asked. I was very specific when I sat down. & what I asked for wasn’t complicated. As a licensed Esthetician, this establishment really needs to do better.

Love this nail salon. Zoe is my go to for nails but I've never had a bad experience with any of the techs there. Mars is always so pleasant when you call to book as well.

They fail at creating healthy nails and only use acrylic (which is applied much too think & heavy). They do not have experience with natural nails. I watched carefully & they never apply strengtheners or any healthy nail products to my nails. They also tend to do a rush, sloppy job on customer nails only to get to the next customer because they don't want customers leaving. When they did my nails, they left residue on my hands & polish on my skin. When I brought the sloppy paint job to the technician's attention, he walked away & told the manager. The manager yelled at me and disagreed with me even after seeing the poor paint job. DON'T GO HERE FOR NAILS!!! I have gone several times for a Lavender pedicure, which, surprisingly, are very nice. Very unprofessional staff. They filed my nail very short . Uneven thumbs. My acrylic was so thick and he didn’t do it close enough to my finger nail that it looked like I haven’t gotten my nails done In a week. I came on a Sunday I asked them to fix it but they told me to come in tomorrow and they’ll do it and fix it to my needs. When I came in to fix it he was arguing back with me and trying to start a fight in front of all these customers. I was really calm. I would never go back here or recommend anybody to this place Since they didn’t want to fix my nail I asked for them to remove my nails but this is how they turned out they didn’t even fully properly I’m so disappointed I tipped him well…. Whatever

I love nail lab! The owner is so nice and friendly! He fixed my broken nail for free and always does an amazing job. Plus their loyalty program, prices, and selection are amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else honestly!
