Nail Lounge

The Nail Lounge in Spring Mills is the most amazing Nail salon I have ever been too. They are my go to, and I have never ONCE been dissatisfied. I’ve been incredibly happy with every set I’ve gotten. The workers in there are caring, meet you with a smile, and are especially talented at what they do. (These two pictures of my favorite sets I’ve gotten!)

I’ve gone to nail lounge 5 times now and everytime it hasn’t been a great experience. Tonight I went in around 6pm and asked for a simple gel manicure. The gentleman doing my nails didn’t even take the polish to the cuticle line so it looks like I got my nails done over a week ago. They already look grown out. Which to me is a waste of money. Very disappointing.

Before finding the nail lounge, I had always left salons unhappy. But since coming to Nicole I have loved every single set I’ve gotten! She is so precise and detail-oriented, and always helps me choose the perfect colors! Highly recommend any nail tech at the nail lounge, they’re all amazing!

Do not waste your time going here. I previously visited and had a great experience, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. My husband and I received pedicures, and I also had a full set of nails done. We spent close to $200 in total. I requested a chocolate cat-eye design and even provided an inspiration photo. What I received instead was a thick, lumpy, textured result that looked nothing like what I asked for. (What I asked for vs. what I got pictured below) Before leaving, I told my husband that I did not like my nails. Once we stepped outside, we called the salon to explain the issue and asked if I could come back to have them corrected. They agreed, so we returned after dinner. I had my nails done here this morning and Jasper did an excellent job! He is always very polite, quick and simple. I usually get my nails done by M, who is also polite, quick and easy to deal with, but I did not schedule an appointment and I know he gets booked up pretty quick. Regardless, I am very pleased with my liquid gel refill with the beautiful color that I chose.
