I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! All the professionals are highly skilled, friendly, and truly wonderful at what they do. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Suzy, in particular, is absolutely incredible. She is so attentive, kind, and always makes sure everything goes smoothly. She is always available when you need support and does her best to accommodate appointments and special requests. She makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. I always leave feeling happy and confident with my nails. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful results

I got a manicure and pedicure, and this is my fourth time coming here. Every visit has been such a peaceful and relaxing experience. I found this nail salon in 2025, and after past experiences at other salons, I usually don’t enjoy getting my nails done—but this place completely changed that for me. The nail technicians are incredibly gentle, with such soft, light hands, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I’ve gotten acrylics here twice, and they’re always done perfectly—not too bulky and not too thin. This salon truly meets and exceeds my expectations. I have brought my sister in laws and my 2 daughters here and they loved it as well!

Every time I come to Nail Lounge & Spa in Hurst, I’m always reminded of why I keep coming back despite the many, many other options in the area. Their attention to detail, level of care, and excellent customer service is beyond exceptional. I will definitely continue to come back for my manicure and pedicure services.

Very disappointed! I visited the nail shop before month ago and received acrylic gel. After a few days the gel started to lift and peel. However I thought it could’ve been an isolated incident so I tried again. The next visit same issue! Third time is a charm so I went back but this time decided to get dip powder before going on vacation. (9/30/25) While in Mexico, the tip of my nails started to break. It occurred on 5-6 nails. When we returned, I called the nail salon to inquire if an email address to send a photo of my nails. The gentleman said no need to send photos I could come in on Thursday (10/9) so the nail technician who did my nails that day would be there. I arrived and gave my number.
