Nail Lounge

Sue did an amazing job, she knew exactly what I wanted and took her time on it. It was my first time here and I found my go to nail salon. Lovely staff and very clean.

The pink tips was the photo I gave for reference and the blue tips is what I ended up with. My nails are shaped horribly, cut way too short for this shape, the pink base is basically see through, the flowers are a mess, they aren’t smooth (dips all over each nail), and they used dip powder to do the blue tips which led to no control over the tip shape and excess powder in the base on some nails (especially my other hand). I’ve never seen anyone use dip to do these kinds of colored tips. Both pinky nails are wider at the top than they are at the base and when asked to file the sides down to be more almond shaped, she did two swipes with the file and that’s it, which did absolutely nothing. I have been going here for many years!!!! They are so nice and clean!!!! All of the staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers! I have many employees and friends that have moved to them as well!!!! Give them a try!! You don’t be disappointed! Thank you Joanna for taking such good care of me. I bring my granddaughters in here and they know how to make them happy!!!!!

Joanna is amazing! My toenails require the delicate and precise skills Joanna has. She’s very particular and wants to make her clients happy. I’m so-o-o glad a friend referred me to her. The salon and chairs are clean. It’s busy and that in itself says a lot!

Always had a great experience here. Except for today. I don’t know the nail techs name that did my pedicure today, but she did a horrible job. From the start she had a bad attitude and she was rushing so much that she cut five of my toes and made them bleed. Even when she noticed the blood she continued to proceed without apologizing or acknowledging what she had done. She continued to ignore my pain and my request for the color of the design she chose. Overall this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. My toes are still bleeding after I arrived at home. And I hate the design.
