Nail Love

I came in around 7 o’clock and asked if they had time to do a full set and the stylist in the front asked the owner and she enthusiastically said yes of course and they told me to have a seat. I waited for about 20 or 30 minutes, which wasn’t a problem. I was just appreciative that they were still going to fit me in. I had a builder gel set previously, and she was having trouble removing the set so instead of soaking it or properly taking off the previous set, she decided to build on top of what was already there. I voiced my concerns and she told me that I did not need to worry about it. She was going to properly build the nail file and make it look, smooth and natural. ***Edit 9/7/2025*** I should’ve looked back at my own review before deciding I was desperate enough to return. Asked for a cat eye French tip. Polish and acrylic were patchy and the technician repeatedly cut open my finger with her nail file. She was a nice woman so I felt bad for not tipping even though my nails are far from satisfactory and I have cuts on multiple fingers which she acknowledged and apologized for but made minimal to no effort to avoid. Would’ve asked for them to be fixed but it was already passed close Just got my nails done Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning the paint and one of the charms fell off. I will never come back to this nail shop. The people were nice. The lady who did my dip fried my dip powder, until it started changing colors from her using the UV too much. When I asked what the use of so much UV light was she said “to make the color show”. My top coat was off of all my nails in 2 days. 5 days later 5/10 of my nails had cracked, chipped or just to the point where I could pop them off. She also scraped my cuticles on a couple of my nails with the drill and now I have several hang nails. Very unimpressed with the nail service and quality and I do not recommend this salon. $50 literally gone down the drain.

Paid $150 for my nails and toes and this was the " cash payment discount. " Only got a gel polish change on my feet, new gel set on my nails. Seemed ok at 1st but person was really very rude. Kept cutting my cuticles extremely low to the point of making my nail bed bleed. Actually seemed to get some type of sick enjoyment out of it. Made the nail on my middle finger, right hand extremely curved/ lopsided. I didn't even feel like complaining. Only polished my nails once but my feet twice with gel glitter polish so it looks like two different colors when they are the same. Trying to talk me into getting my lip waxed after being convinced to get a eye brow wax that actually wasn't necessary as I had literally just got microdermabrasion in which my entire face is shaved. Worst experience ever !!!! I came in to get my gel set removed and this is how I left. The shop looks nice on the inside so I figured I give it a try. I have never received such poor service from a nail shop. Not only did she take 45 mins to removed my nails she also mocked me and made feel extremely uncomfortable because I didn’t want to get my feet done or redo my nails. At the end of service she charged me 15 dollars and I left with my nails like the picture down below. Absolutely would not recommend this shop to no one that wants to enjoy the experience of getting any sort of nail service!!!! I am someone that has no problem spending money on self care. I get monthly facials, hair extensions and my feet done by weekly sometimes weekly if I change my mind on my color choice. I just wan
