Moved to Mentor in 2023 & went to just about every nail salon in the area to find the right one- NAILMAX is the absolute BEST! Been going ever since & will never stray! Jayden is my guy & is FANTASTIC. So patient & deals with my pickiness! Around the holidays they have specials & gifts for customers too! <3 The owner is also super nice! Side note: the remodel is GORGEOUS!!

I had a terrible experience at a separate nail salon in the area, after recently moving here. I went to Nail Max as a walk-in, and they took me immediately. After sharing the experience I had with the other salon, they set me up with Tri, and he took great care of me. He gave me the exact length and shape that I wanted. I chose a design I saw on their page previously because I was a bit nervous from the experience ant the other salon, and he absolutely delivered. I immediately booked my next appointment, and am excited to come back. Thank you all so much!

I always have such a great experience when coming to Nail Max! Everyone is amazing, especially Tracy and Mango are the G.O.A.T.S! I love how they always get the design, shape, and color right. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been coming to Nail Max for Over 3 years now, specifically with Kay! I have always had the best experience there! The salon is always so clean, friendly environment and if there ever was an issue with my nails, it was resolved immediately. All the nail techs there are extremely talented and if there is something one person cannot do, I guarantee there is someone else there willing to lend their skills. My nails are literally always the perfect shape, thickness and for being a busy mom of 3, last 3 or more weeks at a time with no breaks or chips. Thank you so much especially to Kay! She is the sweetest most patient kind hearted person I have the ever met! Thank you so much for everyone there as well! Below are mine and my daughter’s nails this past visit! Absolutely perfect!

I’ve been going here a year now, never had a bad experience! The techs are all great to work with, super friendly and they will work with you to get exactly the look that you want! This was from today’s visit! Highly recommend!
