I love going to get my nails done here. Emily and Mai are simply the best at intricate designs and it is a luxury experience from start to finish. My nails can last over a month with no lifting or breaking. The hype is real!

Employee lied to me and said they can't do fills with gel x. I had just had my nails done brand new 2 weeks before 11/15 and just wanted a fill but she said it's $10 more for a full set. Ok cool, $50 I guess do them new. I was overcharged when paying(for special coat, it was pink 🥴), paid cash and tipped $20 cash, totalling $90 instead of the agreed $50. There's nothing special about a flesh toned color, or glue on nails that weren't even shaped. This is my second time ever getting my nails done and I'm thinking about learning to do them myself because I can't go through this again. She proceeded to make 4 out of 5 of my fingers bleed on my left hand and 3/5 bleed on my right. Every finger is bright red all around my nails with shredded skin. OH MY GODDD! I almost never get my nails done bc I get so anxious but immediately when I walked in the vibes were immaculate. I didn’t book correctly but she was beyond patient and kind. She saw the vision for what I wanted and LOCKED IN. I couldn’t be happier!! 10/10 nails, 10/10 experience, I feel so pretty :))))

Traveled 30 minutes because of their reviews and work on TikTok. The scheduling system was so easy to use. I got Gel X with marble nail art and one sweater nail. I was greeted with a warm welcome when I initially came into the salon. Unfortunately, my nail tech was not welcoming and appeared annoyed and rushed my nails. She took the time to search for the colors I wanted but other than that the tech appeared annoyed to be working. I paid $98 for the nails and the quality and art wasn’t worth it at all. The color on one nail is streaky towards the tip. The paint on another nail started lifting in less than 2 hours. The nail art looks like spilled paint not marble. There was also polish on the front and back of my hand that I had to scrape off.

I’ve been here so many times because the service and quality is top notch. Gigi usually does my pedicures and I love the way she does them. Today I got a gel manicure with designs by Liz and all I can say is, I am in love. They are literally fire! I will definitely keep coming back.
