This place is under a new ownership and the new owner Lisa, she’s amazing and kind, she did my nails in 1 hour and they are perfect!! I’m so pleased with her work, fast! and competitive prices! It’s so hard to find good nail salons in the area… I don’t have to drive to Mooresville any more! I’ll comeback next week for my pedicure she’s an expert on ingrown nails as well!!

Lisa has been doing my nails for 20 plus years. She is absolutely amazing and always does a great job. My nails never break or chip and last well over 2 weeks. She does the best pedicures too. Lisa is so kind and sweet, please go check her out !

I absolutely love my nail tech Lisa, she is amazing! Always fun to see her! She always has my nails on point. They also last longer than usual with her, three weeks or longer! Now don’t mind my looks cause I look a hot mess, lol ☺️

I have been going to Nail Palace & Spa regularly since last June and have had good experiences with my nail care. John does excellent work! My last (and yes, very last visit) was very disappointing. My manicure was spot on but my bank account was overcharged. I went back to let them know I was over charged, assuming they would make it right. They did not!! I even brought in my receipt and proof of what was taken from my bank account. They insisted it was the banks fault. It was not the banks fault. I have always used my bank card for services rendered with a cash tip. If you choose to get your nails done here please use cash for everything. Sadly, I do not trust them to go back. Be careful.

The best salon I’ve found in the Concord area. Amazing hot stone pedicure was super relaxing and fresh set with cat eye polish looks fabulous. Clean salon. Highly recommend them.
