Nail Premier

The technician who did my nails trimmed down the skin on my fingers significantly, not merely my cuticles, leaving them a bit red and sore. I’m not sure why she felt the need to trim my fingertips. She also pressured me repeatedly when I said I preferred gel to dip until I caved because I didn’t want to make HER mad. While the end result looks nice, it wasn’t what I wanted, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable, and $70 for a dip manicure I didn’t want in the first place is ridiculous. Leaving 3 stars because the nails are cute, regardless of my frustration, but I definitely will not be coming back. Edit to add: once this “dip” grew out, it absolutely wrecked my nails. They are very painful and thin underneath. Removed a star for my ruined natural nails.

Jenni and her staff are professional, courteous and always greet you upon entering the salon. My nails always look lovely and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are pleased, and it shows!

I’ve been going to nail premier for several years. I’m always greeted by all the friendly techs! It’s always clean and professional! Price is great and they always make sure to fit me in. For super service and exceptional work, I highly recommend nail premier!!!!

Nothing “Premier” about this salon. This was, without question, the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They actually use lotion for cuticle removal — something I’ve never seen in a professional salon. When I questioned it, the owner confirmed that this was their standard practice. I’m a gardener, and the technician left visible dirt under my nails. When I asked the owner to take a look and share her opinion, she dismissed my concern and said, “They look good.” The quality of their work is not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable.

Instead of using proper cuticle remover, the technician applied lotion, something I’ve never encountered in a professional setting. The nail soak consisted of plain water, which the owner confirmed was their standard practice. As someone who gardens regularly, I rely on a manicure to restore my hands. Yet I left with visible dirt still under my nails. When I politely asked the owner to take a look, she dismissed my concern with, “They look good.” That response, paired with the subpar service, made it clear that quality and customer care are not priorities here. This wasn’t just a letdown, it was unacceptable.
