Such a great place. Owner is so nice and so is his wife they make good conversation and are very talented. I have shorter nails and he was able to do such a nice job. Definitely would recommend! He had my boyfriend sit next to me and they talked it was a good experience! I would call first to make sure he has time out of respect. I'm definitely going back! Also great prices unlike other places I've been too.

Owner Paulina yelled at me for requesting my nails to be shaped thinner. She was not understanding the shape I wanted so I tried to explain further as well as showed her example and my previous nail shape. All I was trying to explain is that I get this specific shape all the time and never have an issue at other salons. I tried this salon for the first time bc it’s closer to home but now I’ll never go back. The owner Paulina and the gentleman who sits at the front first nail station - got up and walked away from me as she yelled that I don’t understand and she can’t do that shape. I moved to New Egypt about a year ago and I thought I would try them. So happy that I did! They do a good job every single time. I always call in advance, they do get busy and it takes 30 seconds to schedule an appointment. I always change the shape from square to round long to short and they deliver every time! Love this place

I have been a loyal customer of Nail Pro 2 for the past six months, and until recently, I had no complaints. The staff always did a great job, were respectful, and I never had an issue showing up without an appointment. However, my experience this past Friday evening was shocking and incredibly disappointing. When I arrived, I was rudely turned away by the owner who stated they were busy and only had two people working. Instead of politely explaining the situation or offering to schedule me for another time, he raised his voice and humiliated me in front of other customers. His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. I understand that businesses get busy, but there is no excuse for treating a loyal customer so disrespectfully. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Helped within minutes, but I also made an appointment so that helped. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and they did exactly that. I was there for an hr and a half but I was pleased that they took their time to do a good job and I was very happy when I left. I highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer for my future manicures.
