The people there were super kind, I had to admit. But their kindness alone won’t back up their skill. The man I had took ages to get my nails done, and they didn’t even look good. The shape was off, the nails were chubby, and the polkadots were just horrible. And don’t get me started on the bows. The atmosphere was also dirty. I had previous nails on before and he put my hands in a very nasty bowl with acetone to remove them. It had stains all around it. The man also told me he was capable of doing designs, I suppose that was a lie. And he charged me a total of $85. I am never going back again.

The staff is kind and helpful. The studio is clean and serene - so worth travelling to this studio to get your nails done! The owner took his time, and did a beautiful job with the magnetic cat eye technique. They take the small magnet and hover over each nail about 1-2 mm away from the surface. The magnet slowly manipulates the metallic particles in the polish, creating the desired cat eye effect. Yes, it's is in the mall, however, when I walked into the salon, I immediately felt comfortable. The salon was bright and welcoming, and I was so happy to see that they use natural products and offer innovative options. Happy Halloween!! '24 🎃 🧡 I love this place!!

I just left here a week before I’m due to give birth with half an eyebrow. The older eyebrow lady (not sure of her name) put acetone, yes ACETONE, on my eyebrows and then tried to gaslight me that it was alcohol after it burned my eyes. She then proceeded to butcher my eyebrows so badly I’m devastated. My skin is so irritated. After the stone she put hand sanitizer on my face when I asked for alcohol. She also wouldn’t stop touching my stomach and kept laughing at my distress when I told her how bad the acetone burned. I’m 9 months pregnant so I couldn’t get up on my own to get out of there. A horrible experience and I will never go back or give this place my money again.

I do not recommend and here is why. First, simply treat others with the respect you'd expect especially running a business. The guy running things was being rude to another customer and was NOT handling her nails with care. She expressed one nail was broke and he made several attempts to use the grinder hurting her, smh. She complained and he said you can go elsewhere, I interjected because she was tryin to do business with them, she works in the mall with her own business. There isn't that much convenience to deal with ignorance. My daughter and I were there for service but after seeing him miss treat the customer and speak wreckless I withdrew my request for service. He then asked me to move out of that seat as if the place was packed, a whole 3 customers. Unfortunately my daughter was

quality of service not worth the price. Got a pedicure (half done), she only cleaned under my big toe nails & ignored the rest and my daughter's toes look like a child painted them, polish was super thick. needless to say don't think I'll be going back.
