just went today and would never return. Only went there out of desperation bc my GMA funeral was tomorrow and other places was closed. I ended up paying 63 for a full set of nails. Too expensive! I went in for just a refill! They then told me... First we have to take all of your old nails off, which I know I really didn't even need too.... they could've just refilled but they told me my nails was too old so I had to take all them off and get a new set! So $15 to take them off + $45 for a new set which is so unnecessary when I didn't even need gel nails. They could've just offered me the $35 nails, I needed no "gel nails bc I never see(n) no difference." You would think that they would offer me the $35 price bc they said on the menue that nails start from $35+. So I paid $45 for a full set

Terrible service always on the phone not paying full attention to the nails. Barely any colors to choose. They got the same colors from years ago. They also don’t have all the proper nail equipment.

Hello, I need to complain about what happened today. I was clearly next in line, but your staff took three people who arrived after me and made me wait much longer — even though I had my baby with me. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. I expect better treatment and better organization from your salon. This will be the last time I will come to this center! I accepted to wait just because I have an event for that day

They fell of dramatically, don’t let a pedicure person do manicure, did it twice both times they failed my gel manicure that usually last two weeks came off in 4 days. Never again will I go here just for the price. Then they tried to charge my young niece more than me and she’s a child that was getting color l and I wouldn’t have asked why it was so much for her they would’ve just charged me $65 instead of $45.

Been going to them for 13 years, very friendly. Shout out to KIM!! They are all great no lacking! “Take care of your tech and they will take care of you!”
