Nail Pros

It was my first and last time returning to this place, apart from the poorly groomed appearance, the service is awful. I asked for almond-shaped nails in red. I showed a reference photo and my nails looked like they were done by a girl with play-doh . Some were shorter than others, some were thinner, others were very thick. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I got no chip gel on my natural nail. I usaully do my nails myself as nail techs never did them right. However, I couldnt get the polish to stay on myself, so I went to the shop. The lady was nice and gave alot of compliments. However, the polish isnt even all around. Like full coverage and my thumb started chipping after 3 days. I wear gloves when I work so there's no reason for it to be chipping/peeling so soon. There were little polish bubbles that had hardened which I believe is what cuased the chip. I attached pictures. Ignore the different lengths as I asked her not to cut them. I will call to see if they'll fix it then update. Called, explained what was going on, and they told me to come back in. I haven't had my nail done other then a manicure @ home in YEARS since like 1998! But when my friend Lisa took me to Nail Pro's to get me some gel nails for my BIRTHDAY I was excited! My nails turned out beautiful & the ladies & guys that work in the shop were really friendly & professional. Not only that so were their customers. I will be going back I'm really loving my nails.! I love this shop . Ryan is great on the pedicure , he takes his time and make u feel comfortable and they on point with lashes and eyebrows

Blah….Kevin was clearly in a rush doing my nails. There were not a lot of people waiting either. I was seriously told $10 per nail for flakes. Polish on my niece nails is super thin. What a waste of money. Not returning
