Nail Pro's

They were so rough I bled in several places and they didn’t have any colors close to the photo I’d brought (pink glitter.) I left without color and only half of my pedicure and charged me $60. I want this to be my regular nail place, as I work nearby. They have lost my business forever. Avoid this place!

Please read! (Kimberly, so sweet) I have been to many nail salons, had both good, and not so good experiences. As I've gotten older, I've come into some health issues, and it's hard to express that to some nail techs, you never want to say stop, or don't, while theyre in action performing a routine job, I dont want to offend them, even if I'm paying, I feel we both deserve the same respect and courtesy and consideration. I asked Ms Kimberly to hold out on foot massage & scrub or calve scrub because of how tender and sensitive I've become. To. My surprise, she actually heard me, and took special care, she was so gentle and had such a soft hand while working with me, so much I could of cried. I always have a great experience at Nail Pro in Lake City. The ladies here are so welcoming every time I come in and when I leave. They make me feel comfortable with friendly, casual conversations, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I’ve never had any problems, and I’m always happy with the services I receive.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Do not get anywhere near them!! I just left and I’m shaking. I walked in and asked for SNS. I didn’t have anything on my nails so you’d think it’s a easy one but i guess it wasn’t for her. It didn’t look good at all at the end to the point where I couldn’t let myself walk around with it on so i told her I didn’t like it thinking she’ll just fix it. But the lady which apparently is the owner just snatched my hands and started cutting off my nails!!!!!! I’ll never go back there and I really don’t recommend to anybody else to go there.

Went for a quick nail polish change. Only expected to pay $8 but paid $10. Gave a $2 tip. It was an okay day experience for me. I don't like when they do the upsale to get you to do SNS or Gel. If I wanted that I would have asked for it. Probably would not go back again. The mail tech was pleasant as she could be, seeing she spoke very little english.
