Nail Salon Top Ten

Received a pedicure from this salon. When asked , I told him I wanted a $35 pedicure. The guy decided to give me a sugar scrub along with my pedicure. I was never asked whether or not I wanted that, nor did I inform him that he could add that. After I’m finished, he goes to wash his hands and I head to the counter. A woman then comes to check me out and tells me I owe $42. I asked her why is my total $42 when I only asked for the $35 pedicure. She turns to him, they speak in another language and she turns back to me and says “He said $42 because you got a paraffin wax and sugar scrub”’. The paraffin was included in my pedicure I chose and I never asked for the sugar scrub. I informed her of that. After we go back and forth about it, I paid the money. I don’t know! The energy was off today. Nail tech literally dug her nails into the sides of my skin causing injury to mine!!! I feel some type of way about it

My manicure lasted for a MONTH! Very good customer service and reasonable prices. I told them I wanted a short natural look. They delivered! The previous salon I went to did not use quality products and this was a welcome relief 😮‍💨

This nail salon gets two thumbs down. Their customer service is horrible. I have been going for a few months and tried to hang in there with Ni, only because I don't like change. Huge mistake. She cut me by accident a couple of times and ultimately had the worst attitude, but tried so hard to hide it. All of the techs in this shop are rude and they pick and choose which customers they want to treat kindly. The energy is really strange in this shop. I finally left and went to another shop. When I logged in to complete this review, I see that many others have complaints about the customer service as well. Don't ignore the reviews, they are true.

Just came from there to try and get a nail fix (tiny chip on polish they made me sit there and the nail lady at the 1st booth so hold on so I sat down and waited. Just for another customer to ask them was they going help me and she told her no to me that’s unprofessional cause you could tole me you could not do my nails before I sat there and waited don’t recommend
