Did a walk in for gel fill in and cut down my nails came out nice and was a friendly and clean environment 10/10 ($40)

Only went here because my regular shop was closed. Color on hands is obviously not the same as toes. Not professional looking. They asked for a tip...completely turned off about that! Wont be returning.

I'm giving a 2 because I'd been there 3x before and had great service but on my 4th visit yesterday, the experience was totally different. Usually I go with my daughter and we get a pedicure and gel manicure. With tip, the bill is $200 each time. They are so friendly, accomodating and conversive. I'd decided that I found my shop, finally. Well yesterday, I went in by myself. It's been about two weeks and all of this polish is peeling so I went in for a manicure only. Once they saw me by myself and I asked for just a manicure they told me to take a seat. After 20 minutes I got up and went to look for nail colors. The man working there asked me what I needed. I asked where the prices were posted. He said "a gel manicure is $35". I didn't have my phone so I was really just looking for so

I was very dissatisfied with they service on my feet to the point I didn’t even get my hands done they barely got all of the dead skin off they didn’t shape my toe nails up the polish work look like a kid did them they $45 for a no chip just for the polish to be coming off my pinky toe smh this should not be happening at all

If it’s one thing you can trust, it’s my reviews. I don’t miss the mark on customer service. I go to this salon and it was completely empty on arrival, not one customer. Two techs were sitting in the front (one on her iPad) The tech on her iPad asked me the reason for my visit. I tell her a full set. She looks at me crazy and ask me to repeat the service request as if she didn’t understand my answer the first time around. Again, I say a full set. The tech tells me last soak off at 5:30pm. Perplexed I said well it shouldn’t require a soak off. My nails can be popped right off with your equipment. In fact; I can’t recall the last time a tech needed to soak my nails off. The tech looks at me again crazy then tells me to walk over to her . She looks at my nails then proceeds to say she can’t
