Nail Spa A&S

have been going a few times and it’s been decent but the most recent time the nail tech was rushing which i didn’t think too much about it since the gel fill turned out fine. but it becomes a different story when a week later one of the naps chip and then a week after that one of the gel nails lift entirely and comes off. they were able to fix the first chip but when i came in again to see if they’d fix the second one they were saying how i had to get a whole new fill set. the chipping and gel falling off has never happened to me and im convinced it was due to the rushed job so kinda a bummer that they weren’t willing to fix it

I would find this place on my way out of the U.S. I loved everything about it, I truly felt pampered. Nice size establishment with multiple rooms and one for just to relax (meditation room). My powder manicure lasted and it should because I'm paying good money. I cannot remember the two who worked on me but they did a great job. When visiting the area, I would love to book another appointment. They have a bar that looks like they might serve fresh juice because I was served green tea and another customer had a latte.

A week ago I visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure done by two technicians at the same time. The next morning my foot started to hurt, and by the evening it became swollen. I could not only step on my right foot but could not even touch it because of the severe pain.I had a crack on my heel, and the technician saw it but still scrubbed my heel very hard with a pumice stone. Even when I pulled my foot away because it hurt and asked her to stop, she continued. I explained that it was painful because of the crack, but it seemed she did not understand English well — she nodded and kept scrubbing.The next day the pain became worse, and by evening I could not even touch my foot. Not really worth it for an $80 gel mani and pedi. The girl just thinly coated it twice, and I asked for 1 more since i could still see my bare nails and still ended up with almost like a regular nail polish finish. It seems like they do well with non Asian clients based on the reviews I see.

Always am skeptical whenever I move and have to find a new nail salon I trust. But look no further because here is exactly the spot. Not only are the nail technicians absolute sweethearts and so kind. They are extremely talented. Have gone there twice since moving to NY and will definitely keep on going.
