Nail spa

Do not spend your money here! Just had the worst experience ever today! No accountability. Had my finger bleeding and filed my skin off several fingers! I usually go here and have no problems. I will never go here again and I do not recommend going here.

50 dollars plus a what I feel was forced 10 dollar tip. Forced cause he pointed out the tip line like I ain’t already see it but I had inquired French tips, he started painting the whole nail , I corrected him he kept saying “ohoh” yet kept messing them up. He filed the paint off the pink cause it messed up and didn’t even paint it back just put the French tip over it. Then he applied a top coat and started to file my nailsss without letting it dry! My nails like sooo bad. They uneven as heck shape wise and they painted TERRIBLY! I didn’t even choose my shape or the color powder like I hateeee thissss. I was too nice to say take it off cause well he wasn’t listening anyways!! This was what they look like right after leaving! I don’t recommend this place.

Very unfriendly the owner or manager -female- very rude and obnoxious. Service is a 4/10. Not worth the money. Lady complained how much of a tip was left. Like i couldn’t have tipped nothing.

I came in to get my acrylic nails removed. I only came here because the last tech I visited (West End Nails - just as bad as this spot) cut my natural nails after I asked them not to, and I was a little down. When I came in, I greeted the staff, asked how they were doing, and asked if I could have my nails soaked off. I even complimented the eyebrows of the woman who was going to help me. Washed my hands and sat down, and I started to tear up again because I was upset about my nails having been cut against my request at the last salon. The lady inside took my towel from me and told me to leave and that she would not service me because I cried. I definitely learned my lesson & should’ve read the reviews before coming here!! Never again will I come to this shop, they don’t even clean up!
