Lucy and her husband are very good professional, down to earth people. Great job . I got a pedicure and manicure. They even do eyebrow wax. Will try next time. Good work , music and relaxation. Thank you for a job well done

NEW OWNERS! Lewis (sp) and Lucy. Are a lovely couple who know what they are doing. Got my nails dipped and Lucy did a great job. They have beautifully remodeled the former Nail Spa and are now called K Nail Spa but I’m leaving the review here as that name didn’t show up. There are several pedicure massage chairs and nail stations so you could bring friends along if you want a group. They take walk ins, however I think it’s best to get a reservation. Please support this nice family and welcome them to Crossville.

I'm not a regular but have been here in the past and gotten a great mani/pedi, however this recent visit was less than satisfactory. The ambiance is still relaxing and they are still nice but my nails looked terrible when I got outside and could actually see them in the daylight. Obvious smudge on my big toe and my fingernails aren't evenly polished to the sides and cuticles. Again I realize I'm not a regular, but I paid the same prices and expected better. Will go elsewhere next time.

We asked for cheetah print nails and my goodness they were bad. we showed a picture to him as well and he still didn’t do the best

He left old polish all over my hands….Didn’t shape my nails, a few of them go past my nail onto the skin, each nail seems like a different color- meaning the color isn’t solid on any nail… He did a horrible job, they might be cheaper but the quality is worse than an at home job. I would give 0 stars if I could (yes that is a toss to Beach To Sandy).
